Meet Our Founder: Fred Soliz
Fred Soliz, a forward-thinking authority in the Oil and Gas industry, created Digital Operating Company (DOC) as an answer to the multitude of concerns he saw over the course of his life’s work as a petroleum engineer. It was during his time serving as the Vice President of an organization and managing day-to-day operations that he recognized there was a need in the industry that could be met through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
With over 20 years of experience in production, operations, and reservoir management in both the public and private energy sector, and with his familiarity in handling over $300 million in Oil and Gas transactions, partners can trust that their business is on the path to exceptional growth.

Consulting Firm–an Austin-based accounting firm–has over 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas operations, and they are fully capable of helping us meet our business partners’ objectives.
In addition to our inner team and office personnel, DOC also works closely with third-party E&P professionals on an as-needed basis in each basin they operate in, as well as other highly knowledgeable land professionals, geologists, independent reservoir engineers, auditors, and other industry experts.
